Q: WILL I NEED A BUILDING PERMIT?
A: It depends on the scope of your project. Peak Improvements ensures that all projects and renovations are up to current building code standards and will obtain relevant permits as required.
Q: DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON YOUR RENOVATIONS?
A: Absolutely. We provide a non-transferable, limited lifetime warranty on all materials and workmanship as long as you live in your home.
Q: HOW LONG WILL MY RENOVATION TAKE?
A: Every project is unique and timelines largely depend on the scope, scale, and function of your renovation. While smaller and more straightforward projects may take as little as 3-6 weeks, more complex renovations could take as long as 3-4 months. Peak Improvements will happily work alongside you to design a build that adheres as closely to your timeline as possible.

A: Peak Improvements works with all major wholesalers and are happy to integrate elements and pieces from all suppliers.

Q: HOW DO WE SCHEDULE PAYMENTS?
A: Peak Improvements has a defined milestone-based payment schedule laid out in each of our contracts for your convenience.
Q: WHAT PREPARATIONS SHOULD I MAKE BEFORE YOU ARRIVE TO START MY RENOVATION?
A: The most important thing we need is clean, unobstructed entrances so we can get in and out of your property quickly and safely. Additionally, if you have any pets, please make appropriate arrangements for them prior to the beginning of your project.
For projects requiring moving household items, Peak is happy to help! We can provide, boxes, tape, and everything else you need to safely move your possessions elsewhere for the duration of the project.
Q: HOW DOES YOUR DESIGN PROCESS WORK?
A: Peak Improvements uses a unique six-stage process to complete your project on-time, on budget, and with no surprises along the way.
We pair our clients with a member of our in-house design team. These experts make choosing the right fittings, features, and overall aesthetics for your renovation a breeze! Your design partner is with you to plan every detail, including material selections, and will provide a 3D overview to help you visualize the final product.
