Start Off On the Right Foot
From the very first meeting, Peak Improvements strives to establish a strong foundation of trust and communication with our homeowners. We’ll visit your home, discuss your vision and scope of work, and take detailed notes, measurements, and photographs to begin assessing the details of your project.
Preliminary Budget Proposal
Once the first meeting is complete, the second phase begins by presenting you with a written scope of work, including the initial budget values, a proposed timeline, as well as preliminary draft designs.
Detailed Design and Selections
We pair all our clients with a member of our in-house design team. These experts make choosing the right fixtures, features, and overall aesthetics for your renovation a breeze! During the third phase of our process, your design partner is with you to plan all the particulars, including all selected materials and finishing details, and will provide a 3D overview to help you visualize the finished product.
